"The Sacrifice"

I finished this today and this one...well...I cried. This painting is from a vision I had a few weeks ago while taking communion with the group at Pure Vitality. What I saw was so much pain and suffering but in that one good eye so much love that it's hard to imagine.

God has been really expounding on the blood of Jesus lately. Jesus was/is a tangible form of God's love and His life essence, His blood is the most powerful substance to have ever graced the earth. We are covered in His blood, atonement was met by His sacrifice. What a powerful thing to behold! His blood speaks, today just as loudly as it did when it was shed.

We are dust, as I have said before, and God loved us so much that His son's lifeblood was shed for us. Let me say He did not have me paint this as gruesome as it was. He was barely recognizable. But He is so kind to think of our frailties and this was a lot for me to take in like it is.

I am going with the Loved by God movement to the God is Love Takeover of Time Square next week (the event is 5/5/23 at 5 pm). Please pray for all those involved and for God's hand to move mightily. We will be wearing red shirts, the blood of Jesus is the substance of His love.....what more can be said?

We will be taking a print of "The Invitation" (see below) with us. I have to share a story about how amazing God is. The original is painted on a 4' x 6' canvas that I was given. It was a print of New York City. I painted "The Invitation" over it. No accident here....God had a plan. He is inviting New York and all who will come to HIm from around the world into a relationship with Him. How fitting for Him to have me paint "The Sacrifice" just before we go to New York for what I believe will be a great outpouring of His Spirit? Without His sacrifice, we would have no hope, no future, no peace, no salvation, no healing, and no deliverance.

You are all invited to join us in person or where you are as we seek His face and allow His love to flow through us on 5/5/2023 at 5 pm Eastern time. God wants to flood Time Square with that Tsunami of the blood of Jesus that was just released over our nation. I believe that this will be a demonstration of that love, that flood, and that many more demonstrations will follow. His blood is bringing salvation, deliverance, healing, and conviction and I can't wait to see His hand at work!

One more fact you might find interesting, the scepter and eyes of Jesus in "The Invitation" follow you everywhere you go in the room...He did that...No matter where you are He is inviting you to come to Him. No matter how low, how lost, how dark, how far...He is inviting you to approach Him and start an intimate relationship with Him. He suffered for you...He loves you, right where you are. But, He loves you too much to leave you there without extending an invitation for a way out. It is your choice. Come to Him today. Time is short and He loves you so much!
