LET MY PEOPLE GO!!

I was in prayer after reading some more disturbing news. What's new about that, right? I know that lately, EVERY day seems to have disturbing news. I see that some authorities are doing what they can to stop Christians from worshiping together at all. This is not the only attack on the Body of Christ. Yes, I said ATTACK! Anyone who is watching world events with spiritual eyes can see that the battle is raging. This isn't the first time that I have written about the war and our part as warriors of Christ. But today as I asked God what he had to say about it, four words came strong more than once, "LET MY PEOPLE GO".

Your reaction to this may be somewhat like mine was." God, what do you mean exactly?"

My thought was that we are not in bondage to the enemy any longer as sons and daughters of Christ. The enemy does not hold us captive. We are in the hands of God. Those things are all true, but the enemy is attacking the body of Christ with a fierce battle. There are Christians who are in bondage to things that the enemy has snared them into. There are Christians who are being hit physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. This is war, do not fool yourself into thinking that you have no part in it. God has called us to war in the heavenly places.

Ephesians 6:10-13, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put

on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,

against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual

forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

What does it look like? PRAY!!! Seek His face, ask what HIS will is. Then, DO IT! Love others without cause. Just do it. Forgive, and refuse to be used as a pawn in the plans of the enemy by taking on his anger, bitterness, wrath, and judgment.

I believe that God is issuing Satan a decree, enough is enough. "LET MY PEOPLE GO".

Watch for God's hand to move swiftly and mightily on the enemy and his plans. Truth will be revealed at an alarming rate. Pray for truth and that the plans of the enemy will be shut down and the confusion that he has tried to cause will fall on his camp instead. All that he has tried to do to the body of Christ will fall back onto him.

I myself have been hit physically and financially but God always makes a way and provides for my needs and those of my family. I believe that the enemy has attempted to silence me by trying to steal my breath, but it hasn't worked and it will not work!! I will worship and sing again, I will continue to tell others about God's goodness and mercy. His power and justice are immeasurable.

I have said to you before, GET UP, do whatever God is telling you to do. That is how we fight. That is how we become one with Him and one another. That is how we move together as one army, one body, with one purpose. The enemy will not prevail! Pharaoh tried to keep the Hebrews captive and it didn't work. Do you think that the God of Exodus has changed? Do you think that what God ordains and decrees will not be accomplished? I say He is the same God! Just, righteous, merciful to those who seek Him, and MIGHTY in POWER! Look at Moses' mother, what courage to put her beautiful baby boy into a basket in the Nile river with the ever-present crocodiles!! What faith, what trust in God!! God had a plan that she could not conceive of, the far-reaching effects of her obedience shaped generations. How do you know what one act of obedience you will do that may shape history and bring glory to God? God has a plan! We must trust that plan. Moses was kept safe and was raised in the palace just as he needed to be. He would use that knowledge later. Those crocodiles didn't get him, and the enemy's plan for you will not succeed either.

Once Moses was grown and sent back to fight for his family those that were being used by Satan to oppress God's people fought back. But, God! The plans of Pharaoh were no surprise to God. He even told Moses what would happen ahead of time and he still tells us what we need to know. The plan was perfect they just had to trust God to complete what needed to be done.

I am sure that the plagues were a lot for the Israelites to go through.

I am sure that was stressful. But, they trusted God. Moses did as he was told and the Israelites were set free. Moses may have seemed an unlikely candidate, he murdered an Egyptian and fled the country. He had a speech impediment. But God had a perfect plan. We don't' need to see the whole picture all of the time and we can not expect ourselves to reach perfection in order to be used by God. The only perfect man was the Son of God, Jesus. God allows us to know what we need to know, just like Moses. He has called each one of us to do something for the kingdom of God. When He reveals parts of the plan and says to share it, that too must be done. Do whatever He has put into your heart. Start with what you already know to do and He will lead you from there.

I know that things look scary, and it seems like man is controlling our fate, that is a lie of Satan. Remember, the plan is God's and he has issued a decree, "Let My People Go".

I speak over you now, deliverance, peace, health, provision, and miracles that will defy your enemies. Those things that have held you will lose their hold, those that stand in the way of you doing what God called you to do will be moved, In Jesus' name. I speak the boldness of the Spirit and courage of a lion over you.

I leave you with this, Jeremiah1:9, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." (New American Standard Bible).
