Be a SONflower

A couple of weeks ago, while I was in Texas, God gave me this image to paint and share. Young sunflowers always turn their faces to the sun. They follow the sun in its cycle throughout the day. The image I saw had a cross over the sun….therefore their faces are turning to “The Son of God”.

We need to be SONflowers always turning our faces in a steady gaze to The Son, Jesus. The flowers get their strength and nutrients from the sun. We get our strength and nutrients from God.

Approach every day with expectation just as the sunflowers do, watching for the sunrise. Look to Jesus, watch for Him through out your day. Remember Peter walking on the water and don’t take your eyes off of Jesus. Your day will be full of His presence and there is nothing better than that. ❤️🙏🏻😊🌻
