God didn’t need the sun or moon for night and day…Genesis 1:5. The sun and moon came on day 4…He doesn’t always do things in an order that we understand. His ways are higher than ours. I am so glad that God is in control and He sees and knows all things.
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

When things happen in our lives that don’t make sense to us it doesn’t mean we are off the plan. Often there are changes as we move forward. Thankfully God guides us because He alone can see our lives from beginning to end. He knows what we need, even when we don’t.
“For such is God, Our God forever and ever; He will guide us until death.”

Surrendering our lives to God and seeking His way is how we walk out the path He has set for us. But we choose to follow that path or not.
“But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.”

“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.”

Ask Him about decisions, read the Word, take time to talk to Him. Let God lead you. Don’t assume that what you WANT is exactly what you NEED but trust that He knows what is best for you.
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.”

“The steps of a man are established by the Lord, And He delights in his way.”

Rest in the fact that as you follow Him, He leads you in good ways…..even when they don’t look like you expect them to. He is there with you and just like Genesis chapter one, He can do amazing things when He speaks.
